很遺憾地要告知各位這件事。您接觸到的號稱Dermabell品牌儀器可能並非德瑪貝爾生產製造。
作為BeautySquare 集團的代表理事，我要對全球Dermabell使用者的熱情支持，表達衷心的感謝。然而，我們正面臨著嚴峻的挑戰，旗下品牌Dermabell韓國德瑪貝爾被仿冒的情況仍不斷惡化著。許多聲稱是Dermabell韓國德瑪貝爾品牌的美容儀器並非由我們開發，仿品上的商標及設計亦未獲得授權使用。
我必須澄清，BeautySquare集團在廣州或中國任一地，均無設立美容儀器產線。我集團旗下針對不同產業開發了多種儀器子品牌，「Dermabell韓國德瑪貝爾」品牌名下只有生產Multi Care V6、Multi Slim Pro和DERMASPA三台儀器，而不幸的是DERMASPA這台也是被模仿複製最嚴重的機型。在此之外，像是在Filloshine品牌下的Celloplarf和Gosun品牌下的女性護理儀器，這兩款儀器也是由BeautySquare集團生產，而以上儀器產地均為大韓民國城南市。
我要強調，任何在非官方認證銷售通路，聲稱是Dermabell原廠製造或代客訂製的儀器均不是真品。我們不接受任何以「Dermabell」品牌商標來做客製化的零售訂單。如果您遇到號稱Dermabell的原廠的儀器銷售商和賣家，請要求其提供生產授權或認證書，並向官方查核店家提供的認證文件。
近期我們注意到，在社交媒體平台上（如Facebook和Instagram），有大量的店家貼文及廣告正在宣傳或銷售使用Dermabell品牌的美容儀器。未經認證，仿冒品，甚至銷售不存在的設備都嚴重影響我們的權益及聲譽。Dermabell的品牌名及標誌無論英文或中文形式，均已在各國註冊，且受到商標權保護。任何未經授權製造的產品及盜用品牌商標行不實宣傳者，皆屬違法，涉及刑事及民事責任。我敦促所有當事人不要濫用Dermabell品牌商標，一經查獲，我們將採取法律行動，絕不寬貸。

I regret to inform you that the machines you are currently encountering may not be manufactured by
Dermabell. As the Managing Director of BeautySquare Group, I want to express our gratitude for the
overwhelming support our Dermabell brand has received worldwide. Nevertheless, we are facing the
challenge of counterfeit products, and the situation has worsened. Numerous machines claiming to be
Dermabell products are not developed by us and are being used without our authorization.
I want to clarify that we, as a group, do not have a production line for machines in China or Guangzhou.
Our group offers machines under different brands. The Dermabell brand includes machines such as Multi
Care V6, Multi Slim Pro, and Dermaspa, which unfortunately have been heavily counterfeited.
Additionally, the Celloplarf machine under the Filloshine brand and the Female Care machine under
Gosun are also produced by BeautySquare Group, originating from Seongnam City, South Korea.
I want to emphasize that any machines claimed to be made by us or customized by us are not authentic.
We do not undertake orders to create machines using our logos. If you come across any dealer or seller
asserting that a machine is a Dermabell product or customized by us, please request proof of
manufacturing authorization or certification and ensure to verify the provided certificate.
We have noticed a significant number of posts on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram,
promoting or selling machines using our brands. Unauthorized, fake, or non-existent machines are
damaging our rights and reputation. The Dermabell logo and brand are registered and trademarkprotected,
both in English and Mandarin. I urge all parties to refrain from misusing our trademark. Failure
to comply will result in legal actions being pursued against you through appropriate channels.
